Full Arch Restoration

About Full Arch Restoration

All-on-X  and  3-on-6  Full-Arch Restorations

Full-arch implant restorations like All-on-X and 3-on-6 are designed for patients who have failing, damaged, or missing teeth — whether from decay, infection, or past dentistry that can’t be maintained. These treatments restore an entire arch of teeth using strategically placed dental implants that permanently support a new set of natural-looking, fully functional teeth.

Who Is a Candidate

You may be a candidate even if you still have all of your teeth. These procedures are ideal for people who:

  • Have severe decay or a full mouth of cavities that can’t be predictably restored
  • Have broken or failing crowns, bridges, or root canals
  • Struggle with advanced gum disease or bone loss
  • Are missing multiple teeth or currently wear dentures
  • Want a permanent solution that restores full chewing function and confidence

Patients range from younger adults with generalized decay to older patients with past dental work that’s failing. The goal is to create a healthy and predictable foundation for a completely renewed smile that functions like natural teeth.

What’s the Difference Between All-on-X and 3-on-6?

Both treatments replace a full arch of teeth but use slightly different designs:

  • All-on-X: Uses 4–6 implants to support one continuous bridge of teeth that stays in place permanently.
  • 3-on-6: Uses 6 implants per arch, divided into three smaller bridges (two implants per bridge). This design distributes bite forces evenly and allows for easier cleaning access between bridges.

Both options are fixed (non-removable), stable, and custom-designed for your face, bite, and smile line.

The Procedure
  1. Consultation & Digital Scan – 3D imaging is used to evaluate your bone, remaining teeth, and bite. Dr. Vasquez reviews your options and determines which approach fits your anatomy and goals.
  2. Treatment Planning – Every implant is digitally mapped for precision and predictable results.
  3. Implant Placement with Sedation – During surgery, implants are placed using a guided system under IV sedation so you remain relaxed and comfortable.
  4. Healing Phase – Over the next 4-6 months, the implants integrate with your bone.
  5. Final Prosthesis – Once healed, a custom, permanent bridge or set of bridges is fabricated and attached.
The Results
  • Fixed, secure teeth that don’t come out
  • Ability to eat normally — even tough foods
  • Improved facial support and speech
  • Beautiful, natural appearance
  • Long-term durability with proper maintenance

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AOX/Teeth in a day?

It is a fully digital treatment option that lets you replace an entire set of teeth with 6 or more implants. It’s stable, does not come out, and best of all– it looks and feels like your real teeth. You can leave our office in one day with a beautiful smile.

Who is a candidate for AOX?

If you’re missing most or all of your teeth, wear dentures, or have been told your teeth can’t be saved, you may be a candidate. Even patients with bone loss may qualify with our advanced digital planning and bone grafting techniques.

How is AOX different from dentures?

Unlike dentures, AOX restorations are permanent, don’t move, and let you eat, smile, and speak confidently. You’ll never have to remove them or worry about slipping.

What is the treatment process like?

After your consultation and 3D scan, we plan your smile digitally. On surgery day, we remove any remaining teeth, place your implants, and attach a custom temporary fixed bridge — often the same day. After healing, you’ll receive your final, precision-crafted restoration.

Does AOX hurt?

Not at all during surgery — we offer IV sedation so you can relax comfortably through the procedure. Most patients report soreness for a few days, easily managed with prescribed medication.

How much does AOX cost?

AOX treatment typically starts around $17,500 per arch, depending on the case. Our team helps patients access affordable financing, often with monthly payments as low as a few hundred dollars.

How long does AOX last?

Implants are designed to last for decades, and your zirconia or nano-ceramic bridge is built for long-term durability with proper maintenance.

What’s the difference between All-on-4, All-on-6, and AOX?

They’re variations of the same concept. “All-on-4” means 4 implants support the arch, “All-on-6” means 6 — at Destin Implant Studio, Dr. Vasquez uses AOX because he tailors the number and position of implants digitally to your bone and facial structure–never one-size-fits-all

Will my new smile look natural?

Yes — every AOX case is designed to fit your unique facial features, smile line, and proportions. Dr. Vasquez and his team are known for his aesthetic eye and ensures your new smile looks beautiful and natural, not “fake” or bulky.
